Brotherwood Bears are one-of-a-kind, or occasionally very small limited editions. If I should make bears or any item in an edition - although made of the same materials, may well have slightly different facial expressions. Hand dyed pieces cannot always be exact to the first dye batch but I do try my best to get the same colour.
Colours may vary slightly from those on the screen owing to reproduction limitations.
Orders outside the United Kingdom will be sent via International Signed for Air mail and will be at cost, any customs and/or import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Postage on Bears within the UK will also be at cost, sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
A 'LAYAWAY' service is available on each Bear, normally this would be three equal monthly payments with the postage/shipping added to all three payments - Please note that should you cancel your order prior to shipment, the initial deposit is non refundable but all payments over and above this will be refunded in full.
£15 deposit will secure your bear for you!
I do appreciate the problems of buying a Bear from a photograph and if you are not entirely satisfied with your Bear when he/she arrives then you may return him/her back home (in its original condition) within 7 days for a full refund excluding postage. Please make sure he is postmarked within seven days of receipt, and in his original condition complete with all accessories. It is advisable to insure your parcel, however I am sorry but postage is non-refundable.
(The only exception to this refund policy is where a Bear has been specifically ordered or is customised)
